Refund Guarantee

For the sale of certain products, the Company offers a money-back guarantee, which is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.

Eligibility Requirements for a Refund

Seller Launch University Program

To qualify for a refund, participants must complete the following tasks:

-Create an Amazon Seller Account.

-Draft a list of 100 brands within the selected niche.

-Reach out to all of those brands to attempt to establish wholesale relationships.

-Successfully land at least one wholesale account with a brand from your list.

-Create and submit a purchase order with the brand for inventory.

-Purchase the inventory as per the purchase order.

-Send the purchased inventory to one of our partnered prep centers.

-Ensure the prep center sends the shipment to Amazon.

Quantum Scale Program

Participants in the Quantum Scale program are eligible for a refund if the Company fails to deliver on the following guarantees and deliverables:

-First Deal Guarantee: Ensuring the client secures their first inventory deal under the program's guidance.

-Indirect Access to Product Catalog/Suppliers: Providing indirect access to our extensive product catalog and suppliers.

-Private Slack Channel: Offering 24/7 one-on-one support through a dedicated Slack channel.

-Access to All Lesser Programs/Products: Including participation in Seller Launch University and access to all other lesser-tier programs and products.

Refund eligibility is also contingent upon the client’s active and attentive participation, including timely payments and adherence to program instructions. Refunds will not be issued for failures due to Amazon-related issues beyond our control, such as account deactivation, fund holds, or product re-gating.

If Amazon actions, such as re-gating, prevent the client from selling the inventory they purchased through us, we will assist in liquidating the products to another client and procuring new inventory. This support is in lieu of a refund and is aimed at minimizing disruption to the client’s business operations.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of completing the final required task (sending the shipment to Amazon).

Your email must include:

-Information about the product you purchased.

-The date of the purchase.

-The email and name associated with the purchase.

-Proof of completion for each of the tasks listed above.

Refund Process

Upon verification that you have met all refund eligibility requirements, the Company will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and cannot expedite any refunds.

License Termination upon Refund

If you receive a refund, you must immediately cease using any materials provided to you under these terms or any other agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, video recordings, audio recordings, forums, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, and social media groups limited to paying members. You shall also destroy all copies of the information provided to you.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

In the event of a refund, the customer agrees to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the Company. The NDA stipulates that the customer must not disclose any information regarding the methods, materials, or processes learned through the Company’s products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information on social media, forums, or with other individuals and entities. Violation of this agreement will result in legal action to enforce the confidentiality terms.

Exclusion for Payment Plans and Discounts

Purchases made under a payment plan or at a discounted rate are not eligible for a refund under this money-back guarantee.
